Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Fire & Aether. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our handcrafted jewellery. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
Fire & Aether operates from the United Kingdom and all references to “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Fire & Aether pasted.
2. Products & Craftsmanship
All Fire & Aether jewellery is handcrafted using traditional metalworking techniques. As a result:
Natural variations in texture, finish, and form are part of the design and not considered defects
Product images are representative; no two pieces will be exactly identical
Patina, oxidation, and surface changes over time are expected characteristics of metal jewellery
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the handmade nature of our work.

3.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
