Returns & Refunds Policy

At Fire & Aether, every piece is created with care and intention. As a small independent jewellery studio, we work in limited runs and bespoke commissions, which means our returns policy reflects the nature of handmade work while remaining fair and transparent.

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 30 days from the day you receive your item, or when a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods on your behalf.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund within 30 days using the same payment method originally used for the purchase. You will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must have been purchased within the last 30 days

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Due to the nature of our work, the following items are non-returnable:

• Custom, bespoke, or personalised jewellery, including Custom Heirloom commissions

• Made-to-order items created specifically for you

• Jewellery that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, including earrings, if unsealed after delivery

• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items to us. Returns should be sent to:

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Refunds cannot be issued until the item has been received or proof of delivery is provided.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, any approved return will be issued as a gift credit for the value of the item.
If the order was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the purchaser before being gifted, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
